Chuck was absolutely incredible!!!! Words cannot begin to express his kindness. He started the day by picking up the groom and groomsmen. He helped them all onto the bus and drove them down to the church. Since it was snowing, he brought them right up to the church doors to ensure that everyone was dry and safe. He then got to the brides house to bring the whole family and bridesmaids to the church. He pulled right up to our door and escorted each person onto the limo bus one by one, carrying our bags and holding us making sure that we were all safe, along with holding two umbrellas to make sure that we were dry. In 20 plus inches of snow, I have never felt safer driving with anyone. Chuck took his time and was a very safe and cautious driver. On the way to the church, he had the song "Going to the Chapel" playing, which made everyone smile and excited for the ride to church.
When arriving at the church, he escorted each girl inside safely; again carrying our stuff, covering us with umbrellas and making everyone feel calm and comfortable. He continually offered everyone water, even once we were inside the church waiting to walk up the aisle. He had a handful of mints for me from my bridesmaids, knowing that I needed them before I walked up. He was so attentive and personable. He made me smile and laugh. After the ceremony, he helped everyone onto the bus and had the red carpet out for us, along with balloons and a bottle of champagne. The limo bus was spotless from top to bottom! On our ride over in the snow, you would not have even known that there were almost 2 feet of snow on the ground. We all felt so safe driving with Chuck and he made the ride pleasant, fun and memorable!! There is NO ONE who could have made the day as special as Chuck did!! He is the BEST that there is and will be HIGHLY recommended to all! :)
I was the first of my friends to get married and will be sure to recommend Chuck and Secrets Limo Services to all of my friends as they get engaged. Simply amazing service. Our limo driver Daniel was outstanding. He called me the night before the wedding to confirm and without any problem I had added another group of people to be picked up. The day of the wedding he arrived 30 minutes earlier than he had said which was perfect. I asked him to help pin flowers on the guys and he jumped right in explaining that Secret's does 1000 weddings a year and he has 12 years experience in the business. We chatted for a while until it was time to go and he was very friendly with some good stories.
The limo itself (we rented the stretch dodge charger) was super clean and very stylish. The vehicles are well maintained. Not a scratch on it. Daniel explained that the limos get hand waxed 2 ore 3 times a week and he would spend 2 hours cleaning the limo when he got back to shop. Daniel even offered to stop at the store and pick up a few items for us if needed them. He said just ask and he would do it.
We received free toasting glasses, which one got broken post our toast. Daniel called the shop and said a new set were in the process of being ordered. At the church Daniel was very helpful with opening/closing the church doors and helping the girls carrying the tails of their dresses so they would not get damaged. He took pictures for us and helped out with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this limo service to anyone who needs one.
My wife used this service for her bachelorette party and had no complaints. She even had Daniel as her driver and only talked good about him.

Secret's Limo service was excellent. They verified the week of the event; they arrived early, and provided outstanding service. Definitely request Dan as a driver. He provided top-notch service, from taking our pictures in the limo, straightening my train before I started down the aisle with my dad, doing a champagne toast before we took off the reception, and carrying all our bags into the country club when we arrived so we could start taking pictures. He also handed out waters after the ceremony as we were taking photos. I highly recommend Secrets Limo.

we had the limo bus for our wedding party, Rich was our driver, he was prompt, courteous and very accommodating. He even helped me laugh when I became a little overwhelmed when they arrived at the church. He was so very nice and took care of every detail, like, hiding the me behind a big black umbrella when I stepped off of the limo bus, helping my bridal party get into the church, opening doors, etc. We also had a van driver, Scott, who was so efficient in shuttling our guests from the hotel to the reception and back again.

He called our wedding planner to work out the timeline; then called myself the night before the wedding to introduce himself to me. He was very professional. Everything went so smoothly! It was unbelievable. Jim was extremely professional and courteous. Even though we had a wedding planner, he still called me directly, introduced himself and we went over things.

Everything went absolutely wonderful!!! John was superb to my bridal party and I. I thought it was so great that he helped me pull my blusher over, fan my train out, and give me tissues just in case I needed them during the ceremony. I was so concerned b/c it started to rain after the ceremony, but John reassured 'the upset bride' he had umbrellas and it would be just fine. He is such a gem, and a big asset to your company! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!!! My bridal party and I just LOVED the Denali too!!!! Ha ha. We'll definitely we using that again!
I didn't get to talk too much to the other town car drivers, but my parents and in-laws said they were great as well. Also, (I forgot his name, oops) the driver who picked us up after the reception and drove us to our airport hotel was very nice and professional. My husband and he were chatting about comedy movies!

Secrets was great to work with and has a wide selection of cars/SUVs. We used their Yukon Denali and it was awesome. Very comfortable for 18 people. It was new and very clean inside and out! They provided us with an exceptional limo drive, Chuck! He was professional and extremely helpful! He was polite and prepared. Secrets calls to review the schedule of events and our driver also called to introduce himself. It was a very nice touch!

As far as the day of the wedding, Dan was Fabulous!! He went above and beyond with everything he did. He was friendly, thoughtful, and most of all ... a real genuine person. He made sure everyone was comfortable, and took great care of Jim and I. He helped fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle, he provided us with waters while we had the receiving line, we celebrated with the champagne & personalized glasses he offered us, he helped the boys load the limo with drinks, and the girls load the limo with flowers. We would use him again in a heartbeat. He most of all drove us safely to where we needed to be as well as got us there on time.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The prices were reasonable and the service was absolutely incredible. The driver followed me around holding up my train - even when our photographer took us out into the middle of the street to get pictures with city hall in the background! They gave us personalized glasses and champagne, were extremely polite and overall made a hectic day more manageable! I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

I can't thank you enough for everything your drivers did to make our daughter's wedding day complete! Who would have guessed that we would be having five inches of rain in less than an hour and battling flash floods. Chuck and Dan promised to keep us all dry entering the church and much to our amazement we were all completely dry! They navigated closed roads due to the flooding and got us to the reception safely. They went out of their way to take care of all of our guests as well. The Yukon Denali was beautiful and our drivers, Chuck and Dan went out of their way to do whatever we needed. Richard was very efficient and professional, we were impressed when he called a few days prior to the prom to provide us with his name and telephone number and to see if we needed anything special. Richard arrived here early and the limo was clean and fully stocked, we purchased a case of assorted, individual snacks and he arranged them in the limo for us, it looked great! The kids enjoyed the limo and were happy with the driver. We used another limo service a month ago for a pick-up after a play in NYC. It arrived on time but they forgot to stock beverages and it was still messy from a wedding party earlier in the day. That company did not contact us after the event to see if everything went well. We were very happy with Secrets and will definitely call your service when we need a limo again.

OMG! Richard was the BEST! he went along with the lil surprise I had 4 my new hubby and went along with helping me wow him! We recently had a party bus from Secrets Limo Service, as well as a vehicle from another service, for a celebrity weekend that we had in Philly. I can not say enough about the service that we received from Secrets, especially our driver Chuck. Chuck was by far the best and most pleasant driver that anyone in our party has ever come in contact with. From calling to introduce himself the day before, to the day of the event, Chuck was great. Not only did he make everything easy when there was a little confusion, he was just overall superb. He even went way out of his way to assist a lady with finding her wallet. At the end of the event, the other limo service that was contracted didn’t provide enough vehicles for the amount of people going to Atlantic City, and Chuck was right there offering his service to alleviate any problems that may have arose. He took the “left over” party goers to AC and had no problem extended his services past the originally contracted time. Because of our overall experience, and the service of Chuck, we will definitely be contacting Secrets Limousine Service for future events in and around Philadelphia.

My sixteen year-old was speechless when her boyfriend picked her up in the stretch Denali! It was the most amazing vehicle I have ever seen, so I consider the price to be quite reasonable. Our driver Richard was a friendly and responsible limo chaperone and took good care of the carload of 16 year-olds. His suggestion of driving to the Art Museum was perfect. Everyone was picked up and dropped off on time and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I am planning on hiring them for our annual ladies night out this spring and will hopefully be lucky enough to book the Denali again. She was very helpful with some of the decisions that had to be made. The two tone charger which Jill picked out was second to none. The car was absolutely flawless. Chuck was wonderful and took very good care of the group on Friday night. I didn’t get a chance to meet Dan on Sunday but spoke with him concerning all the airline problems our travelers were facing. He was very courteous, understanding and the utmost professional. Anyone who can keep their cool with all the headaches associated with airports deserves a metal. Last but certainly not least, John was terrific too. He called to confirm directions, checked with me upon arriving and again searched the limo for the missing phone which still has not surfaced.
