I want to thank you for being so prompt in responding. Although some people may not have wanted to receive the call, in my case this cemented my decision. While several (at least five companies) had responded via e-mail at some point in the next two days from my request, only one other person had called and that was not until the end of business day.

Everything from the Escalade, to the service, to the reservation, to the chauffeur was amazing! I’ve never experienced such a nice vehicle and great service for such a low cost. The wedding was beautiful and luckily the skies cleared and we had great weather on our wedding day.
I wanted to get the name of our limo driver and an address so we can send him a thank you. I'm not sure if you heard, but the wedding started a little late because one of my brothers got lost so even though we (the bridesmaids and I) arrived at the church on time, the ceremony began about 30 minutes later. And the limo driver stood in the back of the church with me (in the heat) holding my train until the ceremony started. He was a great guy and everyone liked him. We will definitely keep you in mind should we need limo service in the future.

All I can say is WOW!!!! I don't know how many adjectives I could use to describe the whole limo experience for Ashley and her friends. The phone call when she saw her gift was priceless. Tears of joy and a hug that I will never forget! People are asking me how and why I did what I did. But to know one thing about my daughter, she is a wonderful girl and brings home all A's and B's, and has a heart of gold.
We all LOVED Richard... needless to say he was wonderful!!! Kudos goes to him and his patients with the kids and the loud music. He called all the time to give me updates and he was a very kind man... My next limo ride (once I pay off this one LOL will be with SECRETS LIMO). Top of the line experience is all I can say!!!!

Everything was perfect (except the weather on Sunday). Chuck was wonderful and took very good care of the group on Friday night. I didn’t get a chance to meet Dan on Sunday but spoke with him concerning all the airline problems our travelers were facing. He was very courteous, understanding and the utmost professional. Anyone who can keep their cool with all the headaches associated with airports deserves a metal. Last but certainly not least, John was terrific too. He called to confirm directions, checked with me upon arriving and again searched the limo for the missing phone which still has not surfaced.
The past three days have been fun and a bit crazy at times, but thanks to Secret’s Limousine our travels and travelers needs have been completed successfully.
We will definitely consider Secret’s Limousine for our future transportation needs.
