Simply amazing service. Our limo driver Daniel was outstanding. He called me the night before the wedding to confirm and without any problem I had added another group of people to be picked up. The day of the wedding he arrived 30 minutes earlier than he had said which was perfect. I asked him to help pin flowers on the guys and he jumped right in explaining that Secret's does 1000 weddings a year and he has 12 years experience in the business. We chatted for a while until it was time to go and he was very friendly with some good stories.

The limo itself (we rented the stretch dodge charger) was super clean and very stylish. The vehicles are well maintained. Not a scratch on it. Daniel explained that the limos get hand waxed 2 ore 3 times a week and he would spend 2 hours cleaning the limo when he got back to shop. Daniel even offered to stop at the store and pick up a few items for us if needed them. He said just ask and he would do it.

We received free toasting glasses, which one got broken post our toast. Daniel called the shop and said a new set were in the process of being ordered. At the church Daniel was very helpful with opening/closing the church doors and helping the girls carrying the tails of their dresses so they would not get damaged. He took pictures for us and helped out with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this limo service to anyone who needs one.

My wife used this service for her bachelorette party and had no complaints. She even had Daniel as her driver and only talked good about him.

Secret's Limo service was excellent. They verified the week of the event; they arrived early, and provided outstanding service. Definitely request Dan as a driver. He provided top-notch service, from taking our pictures in the limo, straightening my train before I started down the aisle with my dad, doing a champagne toast before we took off the reception, and carrying all our bags into the country club when we arrived so we could start taking pictures. He also handed out waters after the ceremony as we were taking photos. I highly recommend Secrets Limo.

We had the limo bus for our wedding party, Rich was our driver, he was prompt, courteous and very accommodating. He even helped me laugh when I became a little overwhelmed when they arrived at the church. He was so very nice and took care of every detail, like, hiding the me behind a big black umbrella when I stepped off of the limo bus, helping my bridal party get into the church, opening doors, etc. We also had a van driver, Scott, who was so efficient in shuttling our guests from the hotel to the reception and back again.

I had wavered back and forth about getting a limousine, and 3 weeks before the wedding finally decided to go for it. We were lucky that the 10-person white limo was available. We basically just needed it to drive the bridal party from the hotel to the ceremony site, and then make 2 more trips to pick up family. I am glad I decided to do it, though. The driver Chuck was very nice. There was a red carpet in front of the limo when we walked out of the hotel and Chuck had a top hat-shaped ice bucket with champagne set up for us. It was a very cute presentation. We were also given champagne flutes with our names engraved in them.
The limo was very clean and stocked with water. Most importantly, it was punctual. He arrived an hour early just to be sure he was there in time. We had a good experience with Secrets and would recommend them to others.

The price was perfect and in budget. The engraving on the champagne flutes was beautiful. Jim was awesome! He called our wedding planner to work out the timeline; then called myself the night before the wedding to introduce himself to me. He was very professional. The day of, Jim was on time for the men & for myself and my bridal party. He helped with my train & my veil. He even had an emergency kit in the trunk since one of my bridesmaids needed a safety pin! David & I were extremely impressed with the professionalism, courteous and friendly service. We booked with Jill at Secrets who was amazing and patient with us in the process. Awesome job!

Everything went so smoothly! It was unbelievable. Jim was extremely professional and courteous. Even though we had a wedding planner, he still called me directly, introduced himself and we went over things.

Everything went absolutely wonderful!!! John was superb to my bridal party and I. I thought it was so great that he helped me pull my blusher over, fan my train out, and give me tissues just in case I needed them during the ceremony. I was so concerned b/c it started to rain after the ceremony, but John reassured 'the upset bride' he had umbrellas and it would be just fine. He is such a gem, and a big asset to your company! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!!! My bridal party and I just LOVED the Denali too!!!! Ha ha. We'll definitely we using that again!
I didn't get to talk too much to the other town car drivers, but my parents and in-laws said they were great as well. Also, (I forgot his name, oops) the driver who picked us up after the reception and drove us to our airport hotel was very nice and professional. My husband and he were chatting about comedy movies!

I appreciated how professional and organized the company is. It was nice you call numerous times to confirm so that my day goes smoothly and also that the drivers themselves call to introduce themselves....so great!

All around, I had a terrific experience with Secrets Limo. And just like the company was referred to me, I will certainly refer Secrets to others!!!

Secrets was great to work with and has a wide selection of cars/SUVs. We used their Yukon Denali and it was awesome. Very comfortable for 18 people. It was new and very clean inside and out! As far as the day of the wedding, Dan was Fabulous!! He went above and beyond with everything he did. He was friendly, thoughtful, and most of all ... a real genuine person. He made sure everyone was comfortable, and took great care of Jim and I. He helped fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle, he provided us with waters while we had the receiving line, we celebrated with the champagne & personalized glasses he offered us, he helped the boys load the limo with drinks, and the girls load the limo with flowers. We would use him again in a heartbeat. He most of all drove us safely to where we needed to be as well as got us there on time.

Everything was fantastic! Both drivers were more than we expected, especially John (The morning driver).
